Boone Vista offers four well-appointed bedrooms, providing ample space for family and friends. The kind room has an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower, there are two queen rooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and the other with a hallway bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a twin trundle bed with a bull out twin bed underneath (sleeps 2-3 kids). This bedroom will also use the hallway bathroom. Each bedroom reflects a tasteful combination of comfort and sophistication, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a day of exploring Boone's scenic surroundings.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Firewood for the indoor fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- This property is pet friendly for up to a maximum of 2 dogs with a $25 per day, per dog fee.
- While this home offers extremely easy access, AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during inclement weather months where snow or ice may be present.
- Level, paved parking space for up to 4 vehicles.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
