Short walk to US Capitol, Smithsonian, restaurants, etc. Full service grocery store 150 ft away, Whole Foods 3 blocks away, Trader Joe 5 blocks away. This fully renovated row house has large living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and screened porch on main level. Upper level has master bedroom, bath and dedicated work space. Lower level has large bedroom, full bath, laundry and storage. Two story garage at rear of property completed December 2023 has one car garage with EV charger and a studio apartment/guest bedroom above (limited usage when owners not there). Very flexible schedule, but ideal is 1 - 2 months between July 1 and early November, 2024. This beautiful Victorian row house is within the Capitol Hill Historic District - one of Washington DC's most desirable neighborhoods.
