Indian Rocks Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium. For a taste of city life, nearby downtown St. Petersburg, a 20-minute drive from the beach, is home to several world-class art museums, including the renowned Salvador Dali Museum, and popular attractions less than an hour's drive away include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium. Absolutely love Hamilton house and and 105 by far. The location is fantastic, pool and beach is right there and wonderful. The view is phenomenal. I would eat all three meals on the balcony. I have never run across any issues. The beds very firm. was pretty well fuenished.

Great view and location but not very clean
It had a great location and view but you are paying your cleaning people too much. All the glass tables were dirty and dusty, the kitchen counter was still dirty and the front of the dishwasher was gross. The master bath shower was moldy, my wife tried to sweep up the sand off the floors and swept up a bunch of hair that wasn't ours. I tried to vacuum but the cord for the vacuum was broken so i wasn't able to use it. I feel like the cleaners only washed the linens and put them back on and left.

Nice place to stay.
We have enjoyed coming here the many times that we have in the past 12 years. We just wish there were a few upgrades/changes since 12 years ago. More seating in the living room, upgrades in the bathrooms would be nice(light in shower 😂), new carpet or no carpet. Overall we love coming here and would come again. Pool is great. Great location for a short walk to the beach. Beds were comfy.

Condo was not very clean as a whole. The dishwasher had black mold and an odor. Also around the sink had black mold. A few things we would’ve like to have seen is no carpet. The carpet that was there had all kinds of stains on it and a slight odor. Could’ve used a couple of loungers out on the balcony. The path to get to the beach isn’t the greatest thing when you’re lugging all your beach items in a wagon. Either push the pavers closer together to where they are touching or concrete the entire path. I must have dumped my wagon 4 or 5 times trying to navigate it. Friendly people to talk to and closeness to the beach were great! Communication with the property manager was excellent! If I had questions they had answers right away for us. Lots of food places and shops within walking distance.

We loved the condo and the fact that it was right on the beach was amazing! The beach chairs were great but both umbrellas were broken. But overall, the condo had everything we needed and the surrounding area is lovely. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Shower head is so clogged the water barely comes out in the master bathroom Lint trap in dryer has large holes so the lint is all over the door and everything when you open the dryer. Sheets don’t fit the bed The couch is so old you cannot get up very easily once you sit down No soap to hand wash dishes Air vents very dirty, Nice balcony, beds were hard and lumpy definitely needs a lot of updating!

Spring Break getaway
We were very comfortable in our Hamilton House condo! We had two couples and each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. Easy beach access and the ocean view was beautiful. We’d rent again!

Condo was ideal for direct beach access! Condo could use some updating in the living room furniture and living room-old and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal, but it still qas fun to get away!

Beautiful, convenient location!
We visit Indian Rocks Beach each year and always stay in the Hamilton House and have stayed in a few different condos. We had a wonderful stay again this year. Nothing beats the location, easy access to the beach, nice, albeit small, pool. Condo was very clean, check-in and check-out processes very easy. Loved the ease of keypad to get in the condo. Balcony overlooking the pool and ocean were great. The shower in the master bath was dated (and dark - not great lighting) but otherwise, everything was as advertised and we had a wonderful family vacation.

Overall enjoyable!
Unit was very spacious. Overall view was good but could be better with a little tree trimming. Master bath shower could have been cleaner and needs a major remodel. Carpets were very dirty and should be replaced with tile in that climate. We had to contact unit manager as beach chairs were broken and she replaced in 24 hours. Had one day with no chairs. Parking was great . Toilet paper and paper towels were the worst quality you can get. But the unit was a nice location and very good value.

Awesome condo with gorgeous view
We've stayed here several times now, and it's gotten better every time! The updated mattresses were a huge upgrade, and the balcony remains one of my favorite places to relax on vacation thanks to the perfect view and shaded area. Thanks for another great trip!

The unit was a little larger than expected which was great. The kitchen has very little but enough to make it work. One of the reasons we loved the looks of this place was the balcony. Very disappointed when we could only use 3 chairs due to them being so worn out. Beautiful view from the balcony. The king size bed is TERRIBLE. One side is sunken in and feels like you are in a hole. (Pull out couch was more comfortable) The worst part was the mold in the master bath. Very gross. Just a few updates to this unit would make it a way better experience. Love the closeness of everything nearby and how close the pool and beach are was amazing, not to mention the beautiful sunsets!

It was a fantastic condo! The view was beautiful. Would love to come back. The only downfall that I found was that three of the chairs on the balcony were broken. Hopefully they will be replaced. We just used beach chairs on the balcony to replace them. Everything else was perfect!

The location was the most perfect spot. Never had to get in the car. Around wonderful restaurants. But sorry, the condo needed a lot of upkeep done. The Balcony chairs was unusable, the seats were dry rot. Kitchen sink faucet didn’t work well, broken and no water pressure. the mattresses were old and bumpy. The apartment above us had water issues and flooded our bathroom. Other than that, it was nice.

Underwhelming Condo
Condo was the perfect size for a large family, plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. Kitchen was just ok for supplies/cookware. There were stains all over the carpet. The one full size bed in the 2nd bedroom, the bedding had large brown stains on the pillow sham. The Master bedroom bed has a large "hole" on the bathroom side of the bed. Bed is very uncomfortable and "full of springs" for lack of a better description. Most comfortable bed in the condo was surprisingly the couch pull out. Master shower ceiling had mold, bathroom mirrors were covered in toothpaste spit. We had a significant bathroom ceiling leak about midway through the week, very late about 10pm. Call was placed to the 800 number provided at check in and they did not send anyone out to our condo to address the leak until the next day, and they only sent a cleaning lady. Maintenance never came out. They did have Maintenance go to the condo upstairs, but we never saw them. Pool was only cleaned once all week. Walkways to beach area are not wagon/kid friendly for transporting beach equipment. We've been coming to Indian Rocks for 11 years and this was the poorest condo/complex we've stayed in. Very disappointed.
