Owner backed out and didn't tell anyone
The owner backed out and didn't tell VRBO and didn't communicate with us. I had to try and try to communicate and then 2 days before our trip I had to spend hours on the phone with VRBO to resolve the issue, leaving us stranded with no place to stay. Terrible. And then it took VRBO a week to resolve the problem and refund our money. Not sure I'll ever use VRBO again.
