My adult kids, son-in-law and I spend a cozy weekend in the apartment. We had everything we could need and I loved the little kitchen. We enjoyed it very much!
I loved staying at this property. This cute condo was on the first floor. So close to the beach I was able to see the sunrise from the very comfy bed! Meigan and Ken were so kind and were always available for any questions. Was perfect for me!
Our stay was absolutely amazing ! Unit location is literaly on the beach :). Unit is totally renovated, very clean and fully stocked ! Thank you so much Megan and Ken!
We had a lovely week at LBI. The condo was as described, plus it had some updates (new TVs, new twin beds, picnic table), which were much appreciated. The owners are lovely people who allowed me to bring my little dog, who wound up loving the beach! This was our second stay at the condo, and I would recommend it for its location and reasonable price.
We love Beach Haven, and rented this space as my family has outgrown another nearby rental. Two children and two adults slept well in comfy beds. The only issue was resolved promptly by owner and local handy person. We had a great stay, and hope to return!
What a great location. Steps from the beach. So close to shopping, Bay Village, restaurants and entertainment. Very clean and comfortable place with lots of thoughtful details. Bike rack for the bikes, outdoor showers, washer and dryer. Grill and outdoor picnic table . Made everything so easy!!!!! Great friendly hosts. Loved our stay.
This is a tiny apartment but well equipped. Don’t plan to do much cooking as the kitchen is tiny. This apartment is ok for 4 but 6 would be cramped. Covered porch leaks with any rain (we had four straight days of rain). Nicely furnished; very nice TVs; two-minute walk to lovely beach. Needs better lighting in twin bedroom.
It was wonderful to be able to go back and forth from beach since it is literally steps away, have a clean and well maintained property with lots of amenities. Hosts were superb. We will be back!
Perfect location for family trip to beach with small kids. So easy to walk to the beach. The stretch of beach was so quiet it felt like a private beach for us. But so close to great restaurants and bay village. Loved it!
My family and I had a great stay. Great location, steps away from beach access, and overall a comfortable home. The deck in the front is nice and in the shade so you can enjoy the sound of the ocean while relaxing with a cup of coffee or tea. You can also hear the ocean from the bedrooms! Thank you for having us in your summer home. We loved every moment of our stay. We will look to book again in the future!
We enjoyed our week stay at this clean unit which is so close to the beach! This was our third year and communication with owner was also very good which made this a very nice vacation!

Next to the beach!!
The location is awesome! The unit was nice, beds comfortable, and enough room. It was very hard to find the lock box since I arrived at night. The unit had dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and a lot of sand on the floor. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.
Place was great. We enjoyed our stay so much. Thanks very much!!

LBI getaway right on the beach
Our stay was excellent and the host were kind to let us bring my 10 pound service dog even though they don’t allow pets. They did charge us a fee, which was fine. We now LBI well since we’ve been coming for the past 50 years, I would say the overall experience was excellent.
Lovely condo! Nice new flooring throughout. Very clean, amazing location, steps from the beach and close to all of our favorite places.Thank you again for another wonderful stay.

AFTER VACATIONING IN LBI FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS WE ALWAYS HAD A DREAM OF OWNING OUR OWN PLACE ON THE ISLAND. AFTER SAVING FOR MANY YEARS WE FINALLY MADE OUR DREAM COME TRUE IN EARLY 2009 WITH THE PURCHASE OF OUR PLACE WHICH MY WIFE NAMED 'MEANT TO BE'. THE REASON WE MADE THE PURCHASE WAS TO HAVE A PLACE FOR OUR FAMILY TO SPEND QUALITY TIME TOGETHER. THE REASON WE PURCHASED 'MEANT TO BE' WAS SIMPLY THAT IT IS 25 FEET TO THE OCEAN IN THE SOUGHT AFTER LEHYC SECTION AND WE JUST LOVE THE BEACH AND ALL THAT LBI HAS TO OFFER US. WE FEEL VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE A PLACE JUST 25 FEET AWAY FROM A LIFEGUARD BEACH ON A DEAD END STREET.
