Why they chose this property
Bouldin Creek is a city nature preserve located behind the property, which also faces the Texas School for the Deaf (67 acres) and a bus stop with downtown service. Nowhere else can you enjoy such solitude and be so close to the action.
What makes this property unique
Barton Springs Pool is a destination point, as are restaurants and live music venues on South Congress and South Lamar. South 1st is easily the least congested route from downtown to the airport and offers some of the best dining in Austin, just footsteps away.
