- The property requires a damage deposit of $100/day/unit on the credit/debit card. If by cash, $500.00 covering 1-5 night stays and any additional day is $100/day/unit. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out can only be arranged by the Front Desk and is based upon availability. Early check-in and late checkout fees: $50.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 21 years old.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of US$25/night/per unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate.
