Executive get-away home available for 90 night (or longer) stays . This In-town, 3 BR/3 Bath home located at the base of Old Mission Peninsula. Large fenced yard with Bocce court, fire pit and gas grill. Walk/bike to the beaches, downtown, and Tart Trail. And the wineries and beauty of Old Mission Peninsula are just up the road. Dog-friendly with so bring you furry friends (pre-approval required).
The space
This home is a recently renovated, fully-custom 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home. Every inch of this home has been fully renovated over the last few years. The home is professionally and tastefully decorated and contains many original works of art.
The main level of this stylish and professionally decorated ranch home features the following:
1) Custom Chef's kitchen (fully renovated in 2024) with peninsula seating.
2) Primary Bathroom with en-suite bathroom (Fully renovated in 2023).
3) Guest Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (recently renovated).
4) Full Dining Room with dining table that sits up to 6 people.
5) Mud Room. This room is perfect landing place for your shoes, coats and gear.
6) Sun-Room/Office. Great place to set up your work from home office.
7) Open concept Living Room off the kitchen with plenty of seating and a beautiful natural gas fireplace.

There is a large deck with a gazebo, attached to the home. This deck has a outdoor dining table that can seat 6-8 people. The gazebo area is filled with outdoor furniture, a gas fire-table and a gas grill. And don't forget to notice the Bocce Court. NOTE: The back yard is fully fenced so your dog can have the full run of the yard.

LENGTH of STAY: This home requires a minimum of 90 nights rental and is usually occupied by families in town for the Traverse City Horse Shows. My usual family is not attending the show this year so there is an opportunity for a new family this year.

You will be able to use the entire house including laundry, kitchen, all living areas, all outside areas, grill, hot tub (summer only), etc. There is a detached pole-barn on the property that is "owner-only" not available for use by guests.
Other things to note
DOGS: If you wish to bring a dog, I will need to approve in advance (which is usually not a problem). In general, your dog must not be destructive to the home or property and must not be disruptive to the neighbors or neighborhood.
