PRIME BEACH -BLOCK: Seaview @ The Hanscom

Our small clean nautical themed studio unit is 1/2 block away from the beach or 5-minute walk to the Boardwalk, water, and amusement parks. Our unit has a kitchenette, a small fridge, and a full bathroom.We have cable TV with streaming capabilities. Has a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Please note that we do not have free parking. but plenty of free street parking from 7th street to 1st street. Two parking lots for a fee next door. Come and have a relaxing and enjoyable stay with us⛱🏖

Welcome to Ocean City, America's Greatest Family Resort. Our clean small studio is 1/2 a block from the boardwalk, shops , eateries, and the beach. It is located at the heart of restaurants, amusement and water parks. Gillian's Wonderland Pier offers classic rides. Playland's Castaway cove features several roller coasters and themed mini-golf.

Guests will have access to the entire studio /condo . It has its own bathroom and a kitchenette ,

I will not be present during your stay but I will be available by text.

We are very close to the boardwalk, beach , restaurant, ice cream parlor , bike rental and water parks.

Exploring around the city is best by bike. If you don't have one there are a a lot of bike rentals nearby .

We have NO parking. But there are free parking from 8th street down to 1st street. There is a parking lot next door for about 20 dollars overnight . Linens are provided. There is a first aid kit , hangers and extra pillows in the closet
1. You will abide by Federal,State and Local laws. "
2.Absolutely NO smoking , vaping , e-cigar or drug use on-premises. It is a condo rule. A $500.00 fine will be billed to you if you do not abide by this rule. Tampering and or removal of fire alarm and smoke detector will be cause of immediate removal from the condo without a refund. A 100 dollar will be charged for replacement .
3. My place is not appropriate for parties and events. Must be 18 years of age or older to book and staying the entire time of the booking. Quiet time is between 10PM and 9 AM. Please be courteous.
4. Subletting or subleasing of my place. No pets or animals of any kind is allowed in our unit .
5. Upon arrival, sign the guest registry. You will receive the keypad code to my unit.
6. For safety reasons, you must sign-out when you check -out. If you leave earlier than 11am , please let me know by texting.

7. You must use the shower out back to rinse off all sand before coming into the building. An extra cleaning charge of $25will be imposed if sand is found anywhere in the unit.

8.Bikes are not allowed in the building. There is a bike rack at the back of the building.There is security / surveillance camera for safety .

9. Check all beach chairs for sand before bringing it back to the unit . 10. Check-in is between 4 PM-7 PM.
11. Check-out is at 11 AM. There will be a $100 charge for every hour until you check out. We will try to offer late check -out if needed if possible but probably not during the busy season.

12. There is a card key will be inside the unit. This will access the building after 7 PM. Leave the card key and beach passes in the wallet before check out time. There will be a $100.00 charge to replace if lost.
Two (2)beach tags are provided during your stay . A replacement charge of $50 each if llost . Please put them together in place before checking out.
13. Please bring your own beach towels.

14. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.

15. If you need to do laundry, you will need credit card to use the washer and dryer.

16. My unit is not hypoallergenic. Cleaners use bleach wipes in the unit and a completely sanitized after every new set of guests. This includes comforters.

17. There is a $120.00 charge for cleaning the unit.
18. Do not remove shower towels in the unit.

19. You can leave the bed you use unmade.

20. Keurig dual coffee maker is supplied with some pods to get started. Please bring more pods to use and replace as many as you would like. Bring your favorite coffee to brew and remove coffee grounds after use.

21. You will be charged a replacement cost for anything missing from my unit.

22. We offer no parking There is free nearby parking 1or 2 streets over or pay parking right next door for about $20

23. Electric stove , microwave , compact refrigerator in the unit for hotdogs.soda, water and etc. Help yourself to the sample shampoos, soaps, and lotions

24. Please take the trash out back to the dumpsters.There will be an extra $ 25 charge for trash left in the unit .

25. Please leave the unit as clean and tidy as possible. Thank you. 😊
