Who is One More Day Property Management?
OMD is a state of mind. Think about your favorite vacation… Were you ready to leave on the last morning? Over the last 20 years the founders of OMD have frequented the Salida area in a vacation capacity. Drawn by the river, the snow and the local flavor, Salida became an annual destination. Somber, Sunday morning check outs required sustenance and libation before hitting the highway back to our respective lives. We’d sit at the Seasons Café (now The High Side!) on the banks of the Arkansas River, and reflect on another memorable trip, soaking up the last Colorado sunshine until someone would propose… One More Day? The answer required a phone call to our host and more often than not, the triumphant returning of luggage to the accommodations. After several years of such activity, two condos at the River Lofts were purchased followed by a home on F St and OMD was born! Our motto: Vacation doesn’t have to end, why not One More Day? If you don’t at least consider calling off work/life responsibilities to stay another night in our rentals, we’re not doing our job.
