The sunny season brings the bustling Dillon Farmers' Market, swimming and fishing in the Dillon Reservoir, and scenic hiking opportunities at places like the Tenderfoot Mountain Trailhead, Straight Creek Trailhead, and North Tenmile Creek Trailhead. During the winter, there are abundant opportunities to skate, cross-country ski, snowshoe, and ice fish.

Back at your stay, continue to enjoy lovely views of the water and mountains while grilling on the balcony. Curated for your comfort, the interior is warmed by the heat of a wood-burning fireplace. Stream your favorite shows on the living room's smart TV as you cook in the well-equipped kitchen, or simply lounge on the oversized sofa.

Down the hall, the bedrooms are equally inviting, all decorated with wilderness-themed mementos and soft quilts. A private washer/dryer and internet access round out the marvelous interior amenities. Air-conditioning is not provided due to the mild climate.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
