Find a wonderful home base for experiencing San Antonio at this beautifully appointed home on the city's northwest side. It's the perfect spot whether you're heading to SeaWorld (five miles), visiting Six Flags Fiesta Texas (11 miles), or taking in the incredible restaurants, nightlife, and history of downtown (14 miles).
After a day spent out and about, come home to be greeted by a spacious living area with plush sofas, where you can watch a movie or set up a board game at the coffee table. But that's hardly the only place to unwind. Escape to the game nook to play darts, foosball, Connect 4, or Tic-Tac-Toe, or collapse in the loft's bean bags and choose a movie to watch on the large smart TV upstairs.
Outside, the fenced-in backyard beckons with a custom-built conversation area, complete with mosquito netting for year-round comfort. Enjoy the comfortable outdoor couches and charming patio lights that create a cozy ambience at night.
When dinnertime rolls around, there's a well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and an adjacent formal dining room. In the evening hours, you'll find that each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully furnished to provide a peaceful haven at the end of the day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
