You'll be hard-pressed to choose between the private pool and spa or all the resort's awesome features like a massive pool complex, a lazy river, a playground, a fitness center, and tennis courts. ChampionsGate, Mystic Dunes, and Providence golf clubs offer nearby tee time opportunities. Disney theme parks are within a 13-mile radius and Universal Resort is 22 miles up the road.

When you're not enjoying sun-soaked fun in your private pool or around the resort, you can enjoy some friendly competition at home with a few rounds of billiards or settle in to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to handle family-style meal planning. Additional perks include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
