the house was just a short walk to downtown and a little over 20 minutes to the beach. it was perfect for a short weekend trip. the house was clean and quaint with more than enough room for the six of us staying there. the owner was very kind and the check out process was very easy!

Good for our family of 7

We came to Wilmington for a quick weekend to attend a soccer tournament and visit older relatives who live in the area. This house was just the right size for our family (myself, husband and 5 kids ages 2 - 13). Our three girls were able to share the bunk bed room with a twin over full and our boys shared one of the queen bed rooms with the other for myself and husband. We were pretty busy with other activities, but took a short walk (5-10 minutes) to the river walk in the morning. The neighborhood appears to be around the edge of where Wilmington is becoming gentrified.
