This home is 4 bedrooms that are large in size and 2 bathroom and was just built in 2021. Located in a very quiet and safe family-oriented neighborhood in NE Meridian, Idaho.

With our guests in mind, we have a fully stocked kitchen and have packed this house with the essentials. in the kitchen you will find pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, bowls, ladles, microwave, coffee maker, spices, paper towels/napkins, hand towels, panini maker, blender, flat iron griddle cook top, and cleaning supplies. A very nice modern desk with USB and plug-ins in the drawers in the kitchen can be use as desk for an "office" station. The kitchen also features a dining table, as well as a bar counter and bar stools for additional seating.

The bedrooms have a warm cozy feel, and the beds and pillows are most comfortable! The front room with two full-size beds has mounted 55" tv. Another guest bedroom has an "office" set up with desk and chair in case guests may be brining work or would just like to surf the web with our free Wi-Fi internet access. There is a blowup mattress in the hallway storage closet with extra bedding and pillows if you would like to bring an 11th guest. The 2 full bathrooms included freshly cleaned hand towels, bath towels, and extra towels :) Bathrooms are fully stocked and include toilet paper, shaving cream, band aids mouth rinse, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

The living area is an open concept that flows into the kitchen. The living is extremely spacious with 3 large sofas that seat 4 persons each. (It is possible to sleep more guests if you wanted to utilize the 3 sofas.

This has self-check-in code access. Very spacious 2-car garage. Feel free to utilize this space. Lots of sturdy shelving in garage. There is a security camera at the front and back of the home that will stay on during your stay for your safety.
