Summary:
Estill Oaks is your rustic retreat on 80 acres, offering a serene getaway for larger groups, nature enthusiasts and families. There’s truly nothing like it in the RRG area. Two distinct structures, the main house and bunkhouse, both feature reclaimed wood finishes and superior design elements. Guests will have enhanced experiences with smart home features from WiFi, indoor/outdoor speakers, and adjustable lighting. Estill Oaks boasts one of the best views in the area, proximity to trails, and luxurious touches make it an ideal retreat for up to 16 guests.

The Space:
Main House
On the first floor of the main house, guests will enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a 5 burner electric stovetop and ample seating; spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the breathtaking view, extra large flatscreen smart tv, and cozy seating; and convenient amenities like a half bathroom and pantry with washer/dryer. Indulge in luxury in the primary bedroom, a sanctuary with soaring ceilings and the rustic charm of reclaimed wood. The ensuite features a rejuvenating rainfall shower head and his and her vanities.

On the second floor guests will enjoy an additional bedroom with full bed; arcade room with free games and large tv; and three twin beds in the communal area, one bed is lofted. This level includes a full bathroom with a rainfall shower head.

Bunkhouse
Adjacent to the main house, the bunkhouse features four individual bedrooms, each bedroom boasts a full bed, smart TV, clothing storage and personal climate control. On either side of the bunkhouse, you’ll find two full bathrooms, one with a washer dryer for our guests’ convenience and comfort.

Exterior
Guests will want to spend the entirety of their vacation overlooking the scenic view of the valley below. The expansive deck offers comfortable seating options overlooking this lovely sight. A brand new HOT TUB will be a welcome addition by March 2024 (photos to come). When staying at Estill Oaks, guests will get the chance to embrace the outdoors on 80 acres with a serene firepit, private hikes, UTV trails or a short 10 minute ride to the backside of Hollerwood UTV Park and Furnace Mt. lake. Reconnect with loved ones amid the beauty of this thoughtful cabin, scenic views, and the tranquility of nature.

Guest Access:
This property is available to book March 2024 onward! Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of the owner’s barn. Estill Oaks is situated on a hillside with rugged terrain and abrupt drop offs. This property offers thrilling outdoor spaces, including a kids zipline, jungle gym, and fire pit area. For their safety, kindly supervise children during their playtime adventures. Estill Oaks’ cabin owners and RRGGetaways will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur on the property.

To reach this cabin, guests will drive down a gravel road for approximately 10 minutes, passing only one other neighbor on the way. 2wd, low clearance vehicles won’t have an issue reaching this cabin.

Getting Around:
This cabin is approximately 30 minutes from Kroger grocery in Stanton, 40 minutes from attractions in the Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge, and a beautiful one hour drive to Lexington. Nestled miles from the nearest neighbor, this property provides a serene escape from daily hustle and bustle, the trade of a few extra minutes to amenities is rewarded with an unforgettable retreat you won't want to leave.

This cabin utilizes a well for water. The water is filtered and safe for all uses.
There are security cameras monitoring the gate to this cabin as well as a nest camera at the front door, facing outside.
