Great host
Husband stayed here while I was in the hospital. Alejandra was very accommodating and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable and very safe. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance and close to bus and light rail. Great host and perfect stay.

Short acquintance of NJ
Perfect place for 2 people. Very confortable and clean. The owner Is always available and very friendly. The place is next to local and NY transit bus stop AND 8 blocks from the metro.

Amazing Host and Impeccable Stay in New Jersey
Alejandra was an absolutely AMAZING host. Just incredible! She exuded great energy, and the place was spotless. The bed was very comfortable, with extra covers available, and the private bathroom was immaculate. The entire place smelled wonderful. She is truly the best host I have ever stayed with. Despite my flight being delayed multiple times and arriving at 9 PM instead of 10 AM, Alejandra was incredibly accommodating. She offered to take me to a nearby Walmart to grab some food and even took the time to show me around, pointing out key places like the Bayonne Bridge and mentioning a movie filmed there. Alejandra is friendly, sweet, and inviting, making me feel right at home. The location is great, within walking distance to the train to NYC, and surrounded by multiple grocery and deli stores. I felt very safe walking around the area, which was also very clean, as were the trains. Great job, NJ! Thank you, Alejandra, for an unforgettable stay.

The house was clean and well-equipped with all necessary facilities, but one major issue ruined the trip. Expedia listed this location as having ONSITE PARKING. However, upon arrival, the host directed us to park on the street. In Bayonne, overnight street parking requires vehicles to be registered locally, a process that only residents can complete, which we were not informed about. Unauthorized vehicles must be moved every three hours, leading to us receiving a $210 parking ticket. The host was not responsive to our messages, reading them without replying. Services listed on the booking, such as laundry facilities and a home gym, were not provided. Parking in this area is extremely limited. We had to park two blocks away, spending an hour each day searching for a spot and walking back and forth, all while RISKING a ticket because of the policy, which is obviously UNCLEAR to a tourist. We will pursue further action on Expedia to hold the host accountable and seek compensation for our financial losses. This property is not suitable for any travelers who are driving. We kindly hope the host updates the listing promptly.
