Welcome to Beach Daze, two exquisite, three-story homes that blend quality living with a laid-back coastal vibe. Experience the ultimate beach getaway at these homes, nestled only two blocks from the sandy Gulf shore. Each home is equipped with a private pool and an adjoining gate for easy access between them, offering both a sense of community and privacy. Both Beach Daze homes are perfect for large gatherings with spacious rooms and plentiful space to stretch out, ensuring comfort for everyone in your group.

Emoceanal Seaport radiates with a bright, coastal charm, offering a calm and airy atmosphere. On the other hand, A Wave Away invites guests to unwind in a setting of rich, dark tropical themes, transporting you to an exotic getaway. Each home consists of four large bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms, accommodating plenty of guests.

Relish the breathtaking sunrise and sunset from private balconies, with teasing Gulf views serving as a charming backdrop. Luxury mattresses in every room assure restful sleep after a fun-filled day at the beach. Each home comes with beach gear, beach towels, and a propane BBQ for a delightful beachside grilling experience.

In terms of location, Beach Daze is just a casual 5-minute walk to the beach, an effortless 6-minute drive to St. Andrew's State Park, 8 minutes to the Sports Complex, and a breezy 18-20 minutes drive to Pier Park and Frank Brown.

The pools, perfect for day and night use, offer a refreshing respite from the Florida heat, and the ideal spot to relax after exploring the local attractions.

**AGE POLICY:
All adults must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt**
Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

**PET POLICY:
We are dog/pet friendly with a $200 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

Check-in & check-out are contactless. Check-in instructions will be sent 7 days before arrival with your door code.

AMAZING Neighborhood!! Walk to several restaurants and gift shops. Also near the marinas that you can book a boat or jet ski rental, parasail & the pirate cruise.

We are as touch-less as possible with contactless check in & out. Home is on a smart lock with a unique code issued for your stay - no keys required.

There are 2 owners closets in the home that are off limits. We have signs on these doors and they are locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

We are based in PCB and are available if needed. Guests are encouraged to use the GuestView Guides in the home for house information, rules, local attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Directions can be sent to smartphones from the screen.

Additionally, guests are encouraged to utilize that screen so they don't feel the need to contact the host except for emergencies.

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

Must be 21 to rent, no exceptions. All adults must be at least 21 years old (families excluded), upload all ID's and agree to no parties or outside guests during their stay.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

**POOL:
Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment including adjusting temperature / spa settings. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund.

Cost to heat is $50/day, 2 night minimum, with 2 day notice to heat.

Pool heater is electric and only capable of heating 20F above ambient temperature. Therefore, if forecasted average temperature during your stay is under 64F, pool heater may not function. Pool heat fee will be refunded if this is the case.

Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the pool heater, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
