Our renovated, historical loft unit opens to a grand living space with a large, airy cathedral ceiling with tons of natural light. The open-concept design leads you to a cozy living area with SmartTV and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a coffee machine and locally sourced coffee.

The apartment offers multiple bedrooms –the main floor queen bedroom features a private bathroom with contemporary touches that will have you feeling like a VIP in Music City. The second floor loft has a separate dedicated workspace, a king bedroom, full bathroom, and two custom built twin bunks.
Guest access
Mint House guests will have full access to the apartment. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent 18 hours prior to arrival.

Service animals allowed. ESA’s (Emotional Support Animals) allowed with proper documentation and vaccination records.
Parking is not available onsite. A parking garage is available 2 blocks away at 623 Union St, Nashville, TN 37219 for $50/ night.
