Nearly an acre with pool near Solvang

We welcome up to 4 adults, 2 children and 2 pets to our secluded gated property for a relaxing, fun, and enjoyable vacation. Guests love the huge backyard with putting green, hot tub, heated pool, waterslide, playground and covered outdoor dining area. They enjoy the foosball table, ping pong and lawn games. Cooking is a pleasure in the extra large state-of-art kitchen or outdoor BBQ. Built-in surround sound makes movie night spectacular! On-site hosts are out of sight but available if needed. On nearly an acre of land surrounded by a privacy fence, you can get away from it all! This roomy house boasts a media room with a 65” TV and powerful surround sound speakers in the ceiling and walls, an instant-on gas fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa and a twin futon. The gourmet kitchen includes a Wolf range, a Jennair wall microwave and oven, and a Sub Zero refrigerator. The dining table seats up to 10, with an additional 4 stools at the counter. The living room features a foosball table and seating for up to 8. The salt-water pool and spa has a water slide and a super-shallow shelf for dogs and children. We have some pool floats and noodles. Next to the pool is a pergola with a BBQ, mini-fridge outdoor heaters and outdoor tableware. The table seats up to 8, and guests can relax on the chaise lounges. You can even play mini-golf on the 5-hole putting green and kids can blow off steam on the playground. We've got a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and plenty of games. There is also a patio by the kitchen that seats 6. The entire house, garage and grounds are available to guests, except the living quarters of the on-site hosts Nick and Sarah and their 2 adorable chihuahua mixes, Sweets and Ladybug. They occupy the Primary Suite inside the house, with their own separate entrance and kitchenette, and will not be entering the rest of the house unless asked to do so. They will need to walk through the yard from time to time. They are here to make your stay as enjoyable and pleasant as possible.
