Wonderful being back so many beautiful places to go very friendly people just love it. Been coming to the cloud for 11 years always enjoy am going to make more trips more often.
This property was clean and it was comfortable. There were only a couple of issues that could be improved. One was that from the picture it looks like part of the house might be downstairs. However the rentable space was all upstairs with pretty steep outdoor stairs. This should be in the listing in my opinion. The other issue was that the WiFi, which is available, was a spotty experience during our stay. Thank you for letting us rent from you we did have a good time!

Adequate house close to downtown
This was a newer listing with no reviews. The house was minimally stocked (no coffee, no cooking oil/spray, a few spices, only 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no tissues, one roll of paper towels, one kitchen towel, no laundry detergent, etc.) The address takes you to the back of the house, which is on a hill. Directions or info on where the driveway/front door are located would be helpful. The picture shows an entire house, but you rent the upstairs portion. The outside grill didn't work, which was disappointing. The bedroom tv remote only had one battery and required two with no spare batteries in the house. There is a fireplace that appeared to be decorative only, as there was no firewood and the fridge had rules about no fires. The communication before and after the stay were good. During the stay, we didn't hear back about the grill issue, but it was over the 4th of July/a holiday weekend. The house was clean enough and the porch was a nice place to relax and watch wildlife. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, which are nice to have in the summer. The house has wifi and Roku on the tv in the living room. It's dog friendly and most of the neighbors have dogs, so we enjoyed meeting all of the dogs. Overall, the house was adequate and we spent most of our time out exploring. The town of Cloudcroft is adorable and fun to explore. It has limited places to shop for groceries/necessities, so bring what you need/want for your stay.
