Apt 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 people, air conditioning in the double bedroom, ceiling fans in the other bedroom, social bath. All reformed. The fit is very complete and very well taken care of. It's close to everything you need. Only 2 blocks from supermarket, on the sea block, 1 block from the bakery, 2 blocks from a great restaurant, taxi rank at 100 m, pharmacy. You can do almost anything on foot.

Apartamento pequeno mas aconchegante. Ideal para casal. PrĆ³ximo Ć  praia, restaurantes, padarias etc. A localizaĆ§Ć£o Ć© excelente porĆ©m a rua Ć© um tanto barulhenta. Para quem nao se incomoda, Ć© perfeito!

imĆ³vel com excelente localizaĆ§Ć£o, perto de tudo padarias, restaurantes, farmĆ”cias e o melhor pertinho da praia. O imĆ³vel tem a disposiĆ§Ć£o todos os utensĆ­lios de casa que nos proporcionaram um conforto a mais, portaria 24 Hs, wi-fi no prĆ³prio apartamento e garagem coberta e livre. O proprietĆ”rio atencioso e a disposiĆ§Ć£o para nos auxiliar sempre que necessĆ”rio. Eu e minha famĆ­lia ficamos satisfeitos com a locaĆ§Ć£o desse imĆ³vel e com certeza em breve retornaremos.

Apartamento excelente, exatamente como estĆ” nas fotos perto de tudo nem precisa de carro, tem ponto de tĆ”xi prĆ³ximo. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Sr. Isabel, que nos mostrou todos os detalhes apartamento, e alguns pontos para entretenimento que podem ser vistos da varanda: shopping, Igreja... A vizinha Ć© super educada, assim como os funcionĆ”rios da portaria, sempre com muito respeito, nĆ£o fomos incomodados com nenhum tipo de bagunƧa, som alto, nada... Gostei de tudo! *Apartamento exatamente como nas fotos. *Atendimento excelente do Ney e da Izabel (responsĆ”vel pelas chaves) AgradeƧo ao Ney e Izabel pela flexibilidade na retirada e entrega das chaves. Ficamos hospedados durante o periodo de carnaval. Recomendo para familias com crianƧas - ao lado do Shopping Praia da Costa, 2 quadras da Choperia La Villa e Dominus Pizzaria... prĆ³ximo da praia... localizaĆ§Ć£o para todos os gostos. Gostamos muito e recomendo!

Como jĆ” disse anteriormente um lugar muito bem localizado, perto de tudo, apartamento amplo, bem arejado, quartos com camas, armĆ”rios e cĆ“modas espaƧosas, e ainda conta com um varandĆ£o enorme com mesinha e cadeiras de praia, fomos muito bem recebidos e acomodados pela dona Izabel, e os funcionĆ”rios da recepĆ§Ć£o tbm muito gentil com a gente. Enfim, eu super recomendo, ambiente muito familiar para quem quiser desfrutar com sua famĆ­lia fĆ©rias e descanso cotidiano etc...espero voltar em breve!! Excelente apartamento!
O apartamento Ć© muito bom e confere exatamente com as fotos. Fica a poucos metros de um dos melhores shoppings de Vila Velha e muito perto dos melhores restaurantes da cidade. A praia tambĆ©m Ć© bem pertinho. O proprietĆ”rio Nei sempre responde rapidamente a todas as solicitaƧƵes. Quando chegamos fomos recebidos pela Izabel (uma pessoa extremamente simpĆ”tica) que nos aguardava pontualmente e nos deu Ć³timas dicas sobre a cidade e a regiĆ£o. Os funcionĆ”rios do prĆ©dio tambĆ©m faziam de tudo para tornar a nossa hospedagem a melhor possĆ­vel. Com certeza uma excelente opĆ§Ć£o para quem quer um Ć³timo apartamento para se hospedar em Vila Velha. Recomendo e certamente voltaremos quando visitarmos novamente a cidade.

Appartment well located
I rented this apartment for 1 month (July 2015) with my family. It is well located with everything close: bakeries, shopping center, groceries, restaurants, beach, fruit market, bus stop, etc. The neighborhood is very nice. The apartment is well equipped with almost everything needed. There is a large balcony with a view to the sea. The hospitality was perfect. The person in charge of the apartment provided everything we asked rapidly and she was available for helping us. The owner can communicate easily in English. He also replies rapidly to emails. We will probably rent this appartment again for our future visit in Vila Velha. Sylvain (Canada)

Feriado perfeito com a familia!
LocalizaĆ§Ć£o perfeita e apartamento lindo, grande, bem dividido e com toda infraestrutura necessĆ”ria: trĆŖs quartos, varandĆ£o, duas vagas de garagem e Ć”rea com piscina e churrasqueira (e agora atĆ© com wi-fi, nĆ£o Ć©, Ney?) hehehe... Passei dez dias no apartamento com meus sobrinhos. Foi uma festa. Nos divertimos muito. Destaque tambĆ©m para a atenĆ§Ć£o e gentileza do proprietĆ”rio, Ney, e Izabel, que foi quem nos recebeu no apartamento. Se vocĆŖ estĆ” pensando ir para o EspĆ­rito Santo, esse Ć© o lugar certo.
