The complex is only about 5 minutes from I-5. It is off the last exit heading north before Camp Pendleton. The Coaster (commuter train) is less than a mile away which can take you right to downtown San Diego. No busy streets to cross for beach access.

Oceanside Harbor with has many waterfront indoor/outdoor restaurants and shops. You can go deep sea fishing, take a sightseeing or party cruise boat tour, rent boats, paddle boards and kayaks. Downtown Oceanside (10 minute walk) has more indoor/outdoor cafes and restaurants, shops, pubs, clubs/music, movie theaters and the Thursday Farmers Market and famous Thursday Sunset Market (great food and music). Shoppers love looking inside the wide array of unique shops in the beach towns located up and down the coast. Golfers will like their choice of courses available in an area known as golfer’s paradise. Walk, jog, rollerblade, or bike Oceanside's 6 miles of white sand beach (known as one of the best beaches in all of California), enjoy the perfect climate (avg. temp. 72 degrees year round).
Half way between Los Angeles and San Diego: we are a convenient location for many of California's major attractions and theme parks by car or train commute. Look south and travel to Legoland California, the World-Famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Sea World of San Diego. Traveling north, you'll see Disneyland Park Resort, Knott's Berry Farm and Universal Studios-Hollywood.
