Well-equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms with queen/full size beds, bonus air mattress, luggage racks, bureaus and closets, full bath with deep soaking tub/shower, and cozy living/dining room. Downstairs offers laundry equipped with full-size washer/dryer and bonus area for doing puzzles, art projects or playing games.

Grand Junction is our home away from home in Boston, and is where our kids and grandchildren live. When we're not visiting, we love hosting guests--it's a family affair!

Why they chose this property

Historic downtown Grand Junction has all the charm of an old neighborhood. Whether strolling or biking, it's a lovely place to be! There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and shops within walking distance, but our house always feels quiet and private.

What makes this property unique

Built in 1937, the Chipeta House is has many of its original features that make it so charming. The kitchen is well equipped for making homemade meals, the bathroom offers a deep soaking tub and the backyard is lovely for sitting and entertaining, especially in the cool of a summer evening!
