While we love pets and children, please note that this home is not suitable for small children under 10 due to the lack of fencing around the property, and it's not cat-friendly due to owner allergies.
Dogs are allowed as long as they are crate trained and potty trained and we ask you clean up after them and appreciate it.

Plus, with ample boat parking and a 10 amp-plug setup, bringing your boat is a breeze.
