This beautiful lake front home is surrounded by trees and is nestled in a safe and quiet neighborhood on a one acre lot.
This spacious 2 bedroom 1800 square foot home with private yard is beautifully decorated with many amenities for your stay.
The kitchen area has everything you will need to make yourself at home including a gas stove.
The master bedroom is very private and quiet overlooking the lake. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and plenty of closet space.
There are 2 TVs for viewing. 1 in the living room & 1 in the sitting room both with a beautiful view of the lake. Library is stocked during your stay with books for your enjoyment.
This house is conveniently located 2 minutes by car to beautiful, quaint down town Mt. Dora. The downtown area offers shopping, sight seeing and great food. Many tours are available on Lake Dora such as, boat tours and Kat boats for rent. There are also Segway and air plane tours. You will not be bored as this area offers many antique fairs and art shows for your enjoyment.

The title is very accurate! My family was able to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake

The owner is a native Floridian that has lived in the central Florida area for 29 years. They love sharing their beautiful quaint home in Mt Dora. The owners have provided updated air purifiers called Active Pure Technology Pro units. Several units have been placed through out the home.
