Offering the best location, views and amenities. This top floor penthouse condominium is the perfect location for exploring everything Louisville has to offer. Recently remodeled, and everything is brand new! This unit was professionally designed by local interior designer Page Thomas, owner and lead designer of Pure Home Interiors. Page’s goal was to provide a modern but cozy interior that will welcome guests from all across the United States. Mixing vintage Kentucky flair with clean lines and modern furniture, in order to create a signature experience. The building was built in 1893, and is listed on the National Historic Register. The unit features original exposed brick, 11’ ceilings and 8’ gallery windows.
Unit comes with access to a rooftop patio that gives you an amazing downtown skyline view. The building sits in the heart of Whiskey Row. Just a short walk to so many favorites. Convention Center 100’, Yum center 500’, Derby City Gaming 500’, Churchill Downs 4 mi., Louisville Slugger Field .9 mi. Great location for visiting many of Kentucky’s famous bourbon distilleries. Surrounded by so many great restaurants and bourbon tasting establishments.
This spacious unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, fully furnished kitchen and dining area.
The unit sleeps 6 comfortably, but also has 2 roll-out twin beds with plenty of room for setup. Can accommodate 8.

Bourbon and Bluegrass

Amazing apartment with a great location to walk to the urban distilleries and some great restaurants. Parking is included for one car a real perk. The third bedroom with bunk is small but fine for kids or one person. It ended up to be a great siblings and spouses trip and we only used the car to go to out of town distillery, Excellent great room and kitchen.

A Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Location

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property! The place was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was stunning, offering amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. Relaxing on the rooftop having a cocktail while enjoying the sunset over the Louisville skyline with some of our closest friends was an unforgettable experience. The hosts were very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. This was one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed at, and we can't wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch getaway in Louisville.

With the help of a local interior designer, we were able to create a very beautiful unit with lots of Kentucky flair. We love having the ability to share our space with others, and always make sure our guests have a wonderful experience.

We chose this neighborhood because of its unique location and the historic nature of the building itself. It’s an amazing building with an amazing and iconic story.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. This building sits in the middle of downtown whiskey row. Directly across the street from the international convention center, and next to the KFC YUM! center, plus only 1 block from Derby City Gaming Casino. Once you park, you never need your vehicle again. You can walk to anything of interest.
