Peaceful Beach Retreat Indian Shores

Welcome to Bayshore Yacht & Tennis Club #203, nestled between the intercoastal waterway, "the narrows" and Gulf Beaches. On the water and steps to the beach. We're sharing our upscale property with you to enjoy all it has to offer. More amenities than any other building along Gulf Blvd. Large private balcony, sauna, putting green, brand new pool, sundeck, fishing dock, boat docks, tennis & pickleball courts, laundry facilities, within walking distance to restaurants and farmer's market. Pull right up to unload in front of the elevator. Luggage carts for you to use. Designated parking spot. Fully stocked kitchen. Pickle ball & tennis equipment, beach cart, beach chairs, cooler, towels. Everything you need to relax and take in the gulf breezes and Florida sunshine. Our property is quiet and peaceful because it's just off of Gulf Blvd. We have our own crosswalk to the beach and beach is private because it's only shared by our building and two others. No public parking keeps crowds away. There are many ways to get out on the water near us, with kayak, pontoon boat and other rentals within a mile. Smuggler's Cove mini golf is in front of our building. Bus stop is at the end of our driveway. John's Pass only 5-10 min south of us.

Our condo is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen has a coffee cabinet, electric tea kettle, new stainless steel appliances, dishes, silverware, etc. We provide a starter pack or papertowels, dishwasher soap, handsoap, toilet paper, laundry pods.

On the balcony you will find two beach lounge chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie board, beach cart, some beach toys/bucket, a cooler in the utility closet and beach towels in the hall closet. There is an outdoor shower on the backside of the lower floor to use to wash sand off of everything before returning to the condo.

Guests are invited to use all the amenities at the property, including pool, hot tub, saunas, pickleball, tennis, putting green, fishing dock, shuffle board. We have equipment for all of these things in our hall closet if you'd like to try them out during your stay.

The property is on the barrier island. There are two causeway bridges to get out to Gulf Blvd, one a little to the north and one just to the south of us. Once on Gulf Blvd, you can take the trolley or drive all the way up and down Gulf Blvd, visiting all the beach towns along the way.
