Come experience the best of Cape Cod in this centrally located house! We take pride in managing this property ourselves so that we can offer you more amenities and a reasonable rate for families! 5 minutes or less to beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, walking trails, downtown Chatham shopping, and more. A great place to relax. Close to all the best beaches and shopping. Perfect for families or just a long getaway weekend. This spacious house is located in a quiet neighborhood. All rooms are bright and clean. Kitchen (remodeled in November 2022) has dishwasher; stove/oven; microwave; 4-slice toaster; coffee maker (and filters); abundant cabinet space; and is fully equipped for cooking/baking/grilling, including everything needed for lobster-fest. Living room (updated in November 2022) has abundant seating for everyone with two reclining sofas, a reclining arm chair, and a wing-back chair along with a 50-inch flat screen TV. Finished basement has a theater room with a 75" TV, and game room with ping-pong, air hockey, and foosball. Large, private back yard with large deck, gas grill, outdoor games, and easy access to outside shower on deck. Two bedrooms have queen beds, third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Primary bathroom has a full-size step-in shower, and secondary bathroom has Jack-n-Jill sinks and full-size bathtub/shower. Portable crib, Graco pack-n-play, high chair, and child-friendly dishware all provided. Four beach chairs and towels provided, along with beach umbrella and beach toys in an easy to carry beach tote. Meticulously maintained by owners, and equipped with dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, all linens, toilet paper, tissues, and basic cleaning supplies.
No groups made up entirely under the age of 25 are allowed.

Perfect house for family/friends

This was a great stay and had all the amenities needed for an extended weekend fishing trip! Kids loved the basement. Very clean! Will stay again and we would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Harwich or surrounding cape!

Long weekend trip

We traveled to the house for an out of town wedding and were perfectly comfortable in the house. Laura was very easy to communicate with and let us know if we needed anything that we could reach out. The house was very clean and had everything (and more!) than we needed. Close to shops, places to eat, gas station, and major roadways. We very much enjoyed our time spent at the cape!

Large Group Trip for a Wedding

My wife and I stayed at this property with her parents, sister, and friend for a Cape Cod wedding weekend. The house was conveniently located. It was spacious and we enjoyed the decor. The hosts were very responsive when questions came up. There were ample supplies in the kitchen and we enjoyed sitting on the deck with our morning coffee. The basement was also a good time - we played board games at the bar and played many rounds of ping pong. The neighborhood was quiet and it was very close to a pharmacy and grocery store. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly!

Celebrating 65th Birthday with Maine Girl Friends

All 6 of us girls had a wonderful time. This house was perfect for us. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck. The downstairs entertainment room was amazing!! It had a large screen TV and a huge bar! We watched the opening Patriots game and it was perfect. There is a large outdoor shower that some of the girls used every day. They loved it! Everything that is mentioned in the description of this house is absolutely true. You will not be disappointed. We had a few questions and the owners answered us immediately. They were always very accommodating and helpful. We will definitely rent again. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience!

We spent a week here (2 adults, 4yo, and 1yo) looking for a low key, comfortable, beach vacation and we got it! Laura was an excellent communicator and the property is just as advertised (or better). It had everything we needed as a family of 4 (kids are 4 and 1) - one of the best appointed homes we've stayed in. A 10 min drive to several excellent beaches and area restaurants. A quiet neighborhood and nice backyard for the kids to play in. Especially loved the beach stuff and toys that were included. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook most nights. A/C units were fully operational. Bunk beds had safety rails, and the room had enough books and games to delight our kid for the week. Downstairs TV and game room was an added bonus as a place to hang out and not wake up sleeping kids! A perfect place for a family with young kids. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again next year!

WONDERFUL

My husband, 2 sons and I stayed at this wonderful home in Harwich for the 3rd time this summer. We have been spending 1 week each summer on Cape Cod for the past 8 years, switching VRBO's almost every year, until we found this one. Since finding this home 3 years ago, we have not wanted to stay anywhere else! The best part of this home is the game room and the theater room in the basement! As a family with 2 boys, this has provided us with hours of fun family time and in home entertainment for the boys which has been amazing. This home is also the perfect location on the Cape, it is always very clean and my kids loved the new comfy couches in the living room. I 100% recommend this VRBO!

Great location and great for families!

The location of this house is centrally located and a short drive to all of the great places Cape Cod has to offer. It’s close to beaches, Chatham, Harwich, Orleans the National Seashore, route 28 for mini golf and go carts, and grocery store down the street. The house has a ton of space with the finished basement which also has a game room. Visiting from California it was great to have the shed full of beach toys, bikes, boogie boards, and more! Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome Family House

Spacious and clean with amenities and location

We had a relaxing time at the house. Lots of games to play, bikes to ride and comfortable couches to sit on. The game room and media/bar area were great add ons to the spacious 1st floor. The house was spotless upon arrival. Location is very close to the water and Chatham. Outdoor shower was working great. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Great home and great location!

Great 3 BR house in a very central location on Cape Cod. House was equipped with tons of kitchen needs as well as outdoor games, bikes, beach needs, etc. Basement was huge, including game room and large tv room. The owner Laura was very helpful and even was able to allow check-in several hours earlier than expected. Great house and would recommend for anyone!

Vacation time!

House was clean, conveniently relocated and neighborhood was quiet. Owners were responsive and accommodating. Little ones loved bunk beds. I would recommend putting slip resistant strips in tub as it was very slippery when wet. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway

This property is perfect for one or two families. It is extremely well equipped. The game room and home theater/bar are great for home entertainment and rainy weather. Beaches, parks, and services are all nearby. And the host is very attentive to needs. We were a three generation family and everyone was happy with our week together.

Clean cape cod location

I booked this property for a wedding we were attending at the Wychmere Beach Club. We drove 10 hours to attend with 2 littles in tow and you can understand that can be a challenge in itself. I was so grateful for this property owner who allowed us to check in much earlier when I asked. It was such a life saver considering we were traveling most of the weekday. We arrived and checked in without an hiccups as the communication was super clear. When walking through the house we did notice some things that could be hazardous to little ones like the tv wires hanging down from the wall and doors that can be pushed locked from the inside so they can lock themselves in. There was no keys for the doors and the paper clips didn’t work but luckily the property owner did make me aware that she did have door holders that could keep the littles out of the certain rooms or could prevent them from locking themselves in. Note there is only 2 incase you did need additional. Also the end tables having a ton of little pieces and being able to open creates hazards for choking and fingers being pinched. Overall the house was super clean and spacious. There are basics stocked which made the trip a lot easier. The kids room had games and books which helped a ton during the rainy days. I would say that there are some updates needed like the back door frame that is cracked, the bunk beds are a little worn, and guest bed moves tremendously.

An excellent choice

We stayed at this property during the off-season and had a fabulous time. The kitchen is well equipped, the house is very comfortable with everything you need for a special vacation. We are a family that loves to cook and the kitchen had the all the tools and appliances we needed, even an oyster knife for shucking oysters. The owners were easy to communicate with and provided helpful suggestions of place to eat and things to see. The house is also conveniently located an mid-cape, and only a short drive to charming little towns and beautiful beaches.

Food, Fun, and Games

We are a family of five that loves to play board games (excellent tables upstairs and down), compete (we had a marvelous time playing foosball, air hockey, and ping pong), and eat (what a great kitchen remodel! and everything we needed to cook and bake with.) Everything was spotless, the living room was very comfortable to sit and read or watch movies (we brought our Firestick) and the bedrooms and bath were simple and inviting. The house is close to beaches, the art museum, the grocery store, and some great restaurants. Ideal.

Everything We Need is Already There

Fantastic home with a great location

Perfect house on Cape Cod! We stayed for 3 nights with 4 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of space and it was very clean. The check in process could not have been any easier. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The house was very well equipped with everything needed. The adults enjoyed playing ladder ball in the yard while the kids had a blast playing air hockey and ping pong in the basement. There were plenty of beach toys to keep the kids happy when at the beach. The location was great for traveling around. We had such a lovely time staying at this home!

Another Lovely Week Down the Cape!

Family vacation!

This is our 2nd year staying at this wonderful home. The house is great, it is the perfect location and Laura was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Also, my children just LOVE the game room and home theater! We look forward to staying there again next summer!

Great vacation spot!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely house. The home was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay - including beach chairs and umbrellas, toys and games. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the back porch and watched the rabbits roam on the back lawn. Many great memories made during our stay!

The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open and roomy, easily allowing 8 adults to be in the same area of one another without feeling in each others way. The laundry is on the same floor in its own room just off the kitchen. The house is bright all day long with the sun rising on the kitchen side and setting on the living room side. The driveway can easily accommodate multiple vehicles.
