Come stay and enjoy the Sun and Fun. Located a block from the beach and the bay. 3 fantastic decks to sit in the sun and enjoy the summer nights with couches and lounge chairs. New Construction home with 5 luxurious bedrooms and 4 full beautifully stated bathrooms. Fantastic family room to enjoy the fun summer nights or too hot outside come in the air condition to revive yourself. the beautiful bright white kitchen has every amenity you can imagine from Kuerig to air fryer and everything in between. Full island with seating for 4 and a stately dining table to fit 10. Back yard with barbeque to grill out those summer lunches and dinners. Outdoor dining seating as well. Situated a block from the beach for easy access to the sprawling beach and the funtastic boardwalk. Also a block away from the bay to watch the beautiful boats sailing the bay. You will make the most fabulous memories in this beautiful home, you will want to come back every year!
