Executive Craftsman with Huge Fenced Yard

My spacious executive home is light and bright with high-end comfortable furnishings and bespoke artwork. The three bedrooms are relaxing with very comfortable bedding. Located on a beautiful street, it is minutes to the IM Airport, Iron Mountain City Park and the Pine Mountain Resort. The huge backyard is fully fenced and there is parking for 4 vehicles. Perfect for family weekend trips or long term business or medical travelers! Discounted rates for weekly and monthly stays.
The space
I pride myself on having a spotless home! The three upstairs bedrooms share a full bath and a there's a second full bath on the main level with full size washer and dryer. The kitchen features stainless appliances, under cabinet lighting and Teak countertops. The large primary bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen with a sitting area and the 3rd has a twin sized daybed with a pop up trundle, giving you two Twins or another King. There is plenty of storage with drawers and closets everywhere. The living room, main bedroom and third bedroom feature smart televisions. You can set up your office at the dining room table, if needed.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole home, with the exception of the basement.
Other things to note…
Check in time is 3 PM and check out time is 10 AM. Dogs are allowed with EXTRA PET FEE, however cats or other pets are not allowed. Thanks!

Love this place!

So comfortable for our Kingsford visits. The house has everything we need. The fenced in back yard is great for our dogs. My grandson's review, I want to live here forever!Thanks Brian, we will book your house again!

Weekend trip to see our daughter

I was a great weekend we had brought a Dairy Queen cake for our daughters birthday and the cake wouldn’t fit in the freezer and I called Brian and he had another rental that had a bigger freezer that was empty and we were able to store the cake there. Brian was a life saver, and a great place to stay. Thanks

Very comfy place to stay.

Brian has set this place up well. We and our two dogs where very happy staying here. Such a cute house, very comfortable. We will be back for sure. If you have dogs the big backyard is awesome. My wife liked the night lights for walking around at night. Thanks Brian!

Wonderful Stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. There was enough room for everyone to spread out. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen- there could have been better knives but then, I cook most of the time so I don't know how important that is to others. Otherwise. Wonderful place to stay!

Home away from home

This house was everything we were looking for! Our family needed to fly back to Iron Mountain for our father’s funeral. It had more than enough room for us inside, and with the outside seating (and extra folding chairs the owner Brian provided), we were able to have friends and family over after the funeral. It was a beautiful day, and a beautiful place to sit and reminisce with family. Brian was very attentive and responsive to all of my messages. The kitchen has everything you need, even basic spices, and a Keurig with coffee pods. The bathrooms had extras as well. Overall a fantastic experience! We look forward to staying again the next time we come to the UP.

Home was clean, we did not like the plug in freshener, it was too strong. It was nice to be able to be outside compared to a hotel room.

Kingsford in September

We had a great stay in Kingsford and our accommodations were perfect for our group of four with one dog. The fenced in yard was peaceful and spacious. The house was extremely clean and our host was very pleasant, communication top notch. Friendly neighborhood and lots of history in the area. Would highly recommend staying here. ouldhighly recommend

This property is impeccably maintained. It has very high end finishes and the owner has thought of everything you might need. It is very apparent that the owner takes great pride in his property and wants your stay to be perfect. We absolutely loved staying in this house.

Weekend stay

The property was lovely! My husband, and I and our daughter, son-in-law and infant granddaughter spent a rainy weekend at this charming home. It was very clean, with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of linens. I loved the unique art and furnishings. It served our needs perfectly. We would've enjoyed the big back yard were it not for the rain, but hope to return again!
