Additionally, there's a guest bedroom that features a queen bed and a desk. There is a 3rd bathroom across the hall that has a bath tub and walk-in shower.

Guest access
Guest have private access to this entire indoor and outdoor space. You will have access to the property after 4pm with a keypad code.

This area is a quiet, serene community in which only a small number of homes are rentals. Noise carries easily. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 9pm. NO parties allowed.

Sorry we cannot allow any pets.

We do not accept mail at this address.

No Smoking or Vaping inside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Please use the garage to store bikes.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
