2. Parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Available shed for storage.
4. No garage, only driveway parking.
5. This property has a metal roof. During the winter months, the side access is purposefully restricted.
6. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
