Perfect location, but pretty dirty

The cabin was overall good, mostly based on location and check in process. The cabin was actually quite dirty which was a bummer. The linens had stains and hair on them.

Winter cabin close to the mountain.

Great location, about 20-30 minutes to the Crystal Mountain resort. Property had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including an amazing Ninja coffee machine - a great way to start the day before hitting the slopes. Also a fireplace with plenty of firewood provided, though there are heaters throughout the cabin, so the fireplace is more for entertainment purposes. Very impressed with the water heater, providing hot water very quickly and for a long time. Very responsive and accommodating management company. Overall, great experience.

Crystal Lodge Stay

The Four Stone Lodge was great for a weekend of skiing at Crystal. The place had great access, was easy to check-in, and was a great place to hang out after a day in the mountains.

The neighborhood cabin

Not very secluded, neighbors in all directions. Found some dry used contact lenses on the nightstand. Some black mold growing in the tub. Wouldn’t recommend for the high price this one lands at…

Cute cabin in the woods, felt a little abandoned

The cabin is fine. It was clean and everything worked. It just had a feeling of neglect or abandonment. The couch was really sunken in, the towels and sheets were old and scratchy. It just felt like an old ski cabin that got flipped into a rental on the cheap.

Cabin in the woods

Good location for that area. Pleasant little trail that was local on the river. Rustic but pleasant. We located the Wi-Fi password on the router vs instructions; router had likely been replaced. No grass but it’s likely difficult there. All in all it worked for us and was definitely comfortable.

The perfect location

The house was situated in the best spot to enjoy our morning coffee on the river. Truly so relaxing and peaceful. The house was stocked with all things for cooking and the beds were sooo comfy!

Difficult to review

This i hard to review because when we arrived the property wasn't fit to stay in. So we took photos and found ourselves alternative accomodation. That would be the 1 star review part. However Laurie at the management company was very helpful and a week later we got a refund for the day we did not stay. I would hope the list of issues we identified will have been out right by now. But I cannot recommend as I don't know if that is the case

Decent cabin

Check in and check out was super easy, the cabin is in a very nice location if you are looking for quiet solitude. The downstairs bath faucet is a bit finicky, and the cooking hardware is very lean. (Sautee pan, sauce pot, a few baking pans, and a larger pot for boiling pasta) and cooking utensils. Plates and cups are well stocked. You will probably see Elk, the river is a stones throw away. There's also a trial nearby that goes around the neighborhood. Overall it's a nice pick, I would stay again.

Ski trip cabin

The cabin was very cozy with a nice path to walk along the river behind it. If you plan to cook like we did be sure to bring your own pans as the ones they have on site have seen better days. The upstairs room can hear everything that goes on in the rest of the cabin so I hope you are very close to your friends/family. Over all a nice cabin with a cozy wood burning stove. Just be sure to bring your own pans, salt+pepper, Ice, etc.
