Welcome to The Loch Nest!! Enjoy this upscale vacation.

Newly remolded upscale home, This home is like being in your own home. Sleep on our sheets and use our towels. Not rental sheets…. House comes with all your condiments, coffee and spices. Stocked pantry in case you forgot something . Upstairs porch with TV and bay views. A very short walk to the beach with the wagon that holds beach chairs and beach towels for your use.. A new Gas BBQ pit perfect for a great steak in the evening. A downstairs sitting area to hang out while your cooking. Don’t forget a outside shower to leave the sand outside or there is a community pool and also, a pickle ball court , the community pool charges a $100 for renters for up to 7 days for up to 10 people. You have to call the HOA from Monday to Friday at the telephone #40997372438 to make a reservation for the pool pack or they have to pay cash at the pool to the pool attendant . I have a the key to a boat lounge and our private fishing pier. If you loose the key it is a $275 charge. Don’t forget to visit our private fishing pier! Can’t wait to see all of you. Please take note. This is our private residence. So I leave items which you may need just in case you forgot something. You may want to paint your nails etc. I supply all bathroom necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, baby oil and pretty much anything you have in your home. So the home is not empty. I hope it gives you the feeling that you can find anything you may need.

I have owned in this community since 1972. I love this community for its fishing village vibe. When we first bought, we had to carry in water and the streets were paved with oyster shells. Look how much it’s grown!
