Discounts for monthly stays.
We can adjust the rate for 30 days to $100.00 per night, plus $200.00 cleaning fee = $3,200.00. You will be responsible for the VRBO fees and taxes in addition to the $3,200.00.
Monthly stays of 30 days to 90 days requirements and accommodations are different. Requires a lease agreement, walk through at check in and security deposit depending on how many days you are booked.
“A Home Away from Home!” Kick back and relax with the whole family in this cozy, family safe-neighborhood home located in the charming Boiling Springs just minutes from highway 9 and I-85. This home is located in the popular Upstate area in Spartanburg County, South Carolina where there are many festivals being held all year around! This home boasts 4 comfy bedrooms, 2.5 baths, office space and a private fenced in yard. We are close to Greenville, Asheville, Blue Ridge Mountains, waterfalls, rivers, several State Parks and lakes!
The space:
This home sleeps 8 very comfortably, 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed and 2 Full Beds. A Pack and Play, twin air mattress and child safety gates available upon request. There are 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor, 1 with a tub/shower combo and a shower only in the Master en-suite. Hair Dryer and curling brush is located in the guest bathroom on the 2nd level under the sink. Hangers available in every closet and laundry facility are located on the upper level. Half bath is located on the first floor between the living area and kitchen/dining room combo. Cuddle up in the cozy living area with your family watching your favorite app on the Smart TV, or play some board games. A dining table to enjoy your meals with your family.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire home except garage, 2 locked closets and backyard shed.
Other things to note:
*Amenities provided are Toilet paper, Hand Soap, Laundry Detergent, Dryer Sheets, and Cleaning supplies for stays up to 7 days, otherwise this 7 day supply is to just get you started.
*Other Amenities are provided upon request such as Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash for the first 7 days.
*Fully stocked kitchen with pot, pans, baking pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, duo keurig coffee machine, microwave, toaster and more.
*Amenities provided for stays 7 days or less are paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee filters, coffee for both, hot chocolate and tea. Otherwise this 7 day supply is to just get you started.
*Cleaning supplies are located below the kitchen sink for the lower level and below sinks in both bathrooms on the upper level. Vacuum, broom and mop are also available if needed in the closet on the lower level.
*Fresh towels, linens and cleaning services are provided once a week. Garbage is picked up once a week on Saturdays, so please have all your trash in a trash can located outside in the backyard. If the trash cans are full before trash pick up, please let us know.
*Walk out to a private fenced in backyard. Seating area provided to enjoy the beautiful weather with your family. Bring your bicycles or take a stroll around the neighborhood.
*There are 3 exterior cameras in front and 1 camera in the back yard for insurance purposes, and for your added security. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO INTERIOR CAMERAS! NOTE: There are Noise Monitor System sensors located inside and outside the home that monitors for extra guests, smoking and noise.
House Rules:
*No smoking, vaping or Hookahs allowed, MARIJUANA STRICTLY PROHIBITED. There are two Designated Smoking Areas with ashtrays provided for smoking.
NOTE: If we smell it coming from the house, it will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE, immediate cancellation of your reservation. You would have to leave the property.
*No party or events on premises.
*No unregistered guests allowed. All adult guest names in your party are required. If you are unwilling to provide this information, please do not book.
*At Check-in, all adult guest need to provide a copy of your DL or State ID.
*No animals allowed.
*No illegal substances or activities allowed on premises.
*No Shoes on carpet areas please.
*No drinking or eating in the bedrooms. Use coasters provided for drinks.
*Please clean the dryer lint trap before and after doing laundry.
*Do not rearrange or move furniture.
*Please DO NOT unplug carbon monoxide monitors or disable fire alarms or noise sensors that are located on the 1st and 2nd level of home. Tampering with these systems will result in a $350 fine and cancellation of your stay, NON-REFUNDABLE.
*Quiet Hours are from 9pm to 7am.
*Please use appropriate cleaner provided for stovetop located under kitchen sink.
*Please do not cut on countertops, use the provided cutting board.
*Please clean your dishes.
*Please rinse the dish before putting it in the dishwasher.
*Please take the trash out and place it in trash cans located outside in the backyard.
*Please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper.
*No open food or food containers in refrigerator.
*Do Not remove any shelves or drawers in refrigerator..
*Tampering with the Wi-Fi to disable any of the outdoor security cameras and noise monitoring system will result in a $350 fine and cancellation of your stay, NON-REFUNDABLE. There are NO CAMERAS INSIDE HOME.
*Please no trailers, no U-hauls, no motorhomes.

NO LIABILITY/INDEMNIFICATION/HOLD HARMLESS: The owners of the property do not assume liability for the loss of theft, damage or injury ( or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities , theft, damage, cost of expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests' use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss.
