Dock features: There are moorings for sailboats, a boat lift that fits up to a 25-foot bay or gulf boat, and a jet ski lift. There is a stairway into the water right outside of the home for swimming, lighting at mid-dock and end of the dock, 3 green fishing lights on the dock for night fishing, Pole holders, benches to sit on, a stair ladder at the end of the dock for swimming, and a freshwater shower at the end of the dock with hot and cold water.
