Fully Updated Lake House! Relax with the whole family at this lakefront cottage at Lake of the Ozarks. Concrete dock with huge swim platform, a kayak, a paddleboard, noodles, saddles, and a large swim mat for lakeside fun all day long. Great location with calm water so kids of all ages can safely swim, go fishing, or just sit and snack. Multiple areas to sit and drink your morning coffee, enjoy meals, or enjoy a night cap after the kids are long asleep. Driving distance to the LOTO dam and strip, restaurants, and golf courses.

Perfect Family Getaway with Plenty of Space and Fun Activities!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing family get-together at this property! The check-in process was a breeze, with a custom pin entry that made it super convenient. The bunk room was perfect for all the kids, providing plenty of space for them to sleep comfortably. The outdoor hangout areas were a hit, giving us plenty of options to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There was also enough to do in the area to keep everyone entertained, from exploring local attractions to just enjoying the house. The kids absolutely loved the water mat - it was definitely a highlight of the trip! Although the road to the house is narrow, we saw it as a positive since it meant less traffic and a quieter stay. We had no issues fitting two 3-row SUVs and a large Dodge Ram, though it was a bit snug if the neighbor parked at the entrance. Overall, this place provided everything we needed for a memorable family vacation. Highly recommend!

The Cottage at Rocky Mount

Very reasonable home for its location. Had everything you would need for your stay. Lot of different hang out areas on the property. Overall a great little cottage. The only down fall was that the sewer must have had some issues due to the bathroom stinking at times, two different areas inside the home that could be potentially tripping/stubbing your toe hazards, and the parking was a little chaotic since the road is very narrow and other cars were sticking out in the road making it hard to get around and fit into the designated area for this property. Even though I said this, I would recommend someone else to stay here.
