Built in 2001 , 2 bedrooms, Study room & 2 ½ Bath, Fully furnished, 2 car Garage & a back yard, very private, Bright , New decorative paint thru-out the entire home, laminated hardwood floors in Living/Dining and all three bedrooms. This condo has been upgraded with travertine thru-out the staircase, fireplace, all bathrooms, kitchen, pantry, foyer. New stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator. Skylight in the stairwell, huge balcony for entertaining, and a large spa tub to relax in the master bedroom. Bike to the Beach or take a 2 minutes straight line drive to the beautiful Hermosa Beach. High Speed Wi-Fi , Cable TV & Laundry Room. No smokers and no Pets, please!
