Livin the dream beach condo 3 blocks from beach 5 minute walk!

Built in 2022 with a modern open concept living space, decorated in gorgeous shades of serene, beachy blues. Two covered parking spaces in secure garage with code entry. Enjoy a cup of coffee on south facing patio to bathe in the Florida sunshine. Remote control blinds. Remote control reclining sectional sofa. With the beach only 3 blocks away, grab our beach chairs, umbrella or canopy tent, cooler, towels, blanket from our storage unit, and your favorite drink to relax under the sun, or catch a gorgeous sunset. Head to the Cambria rooftop bar to delight in the Gulf views and best sunset views. Free sunset shots too! Don the Beachcomber right next door has excellent Hawaiian cuisine. Be sure to enjoy a breakfast, lunch, or drinks at the Snack Shack on the beach under a palapa with great live music. If you love to cook your own seafood, head across the street to The Fish Lady where the various seafood is fresh caught every day. She has the best seafood chowder and lobster rolls! Mad Beach Cafe has awesome açaí bowls, smoothies, breakfast foods, sandwiches, and coffee. Rolled ice cream after a sunset is always called for at Roll It in the strip mall by 7-11 across the street. Dockside Dave’s, a couple of blocks South, serves the famous world renowned grouper sandwich and grouper bites, and our daughter, Brooke is a server there! They are very casual, outdoor patio dining with great seafood for a reasonable price. About 5 minute walk. Famous John’s Pass is a 5 minute drive South on Gulf Blvd., where you will enjoy shopping, eateries, bars, live music, Calypso dinner cruise, jet ski rental, dolphin watch boat tour, sunset boat tour, deep sea fishing tour, pirate ship tour, numerous pelicans scrapping for bits of fish from the fresh catches hauled in, and much more. Seminole plaza is 7 minutes away to enjoy the movie theater that brings your food and drink order to your seat. Just push the button to order! Gulfport is a fabulous, artsy community with eateries, art, shopping, brewery, beach, and is only a few miles away. Clearwater Beach is a few miles North on Gulf Blvd where you can visit the marine aquarium, or visit Weeki Wachee for kayaking or mermaid show. Tarpon Springs is a fabulous Greek Community with the BEST Greek food and bakeries up and down the main strip. Walk along the Spongedocks to see all of the sponges from the Gulf, and learn how the divers bring us our sponges. Incredibly interesting and fun. Swim with the manatees (Dec-April) or take a boat tour to view the manatees at Crystal River. Or rent one of their water bikes or kayaks to view them. This will be a memory! Enjoy the International Mall, historic YBOR City, and all that Tampa has to offer. Take the little ones to Smuggler’s Cove miniature golf which has live alligators and is a short walk up Gulf Blvd. Our favorite spot is St. Pete Pier and downtown St. Pete. Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille at the southern end of the overlook has fun Florida vibes, live music, and great food. Pier Teaki is a hot spot to kick back and enjoy food and drinks on the rooftop overlooking Tampa Bay. St. Pete beach is definitely worth a visit while in the area. Maybe enjoy a spa day at the famous, award winning Don Cesar Hotel with a day pass. Maybe you just would like a simple swim in the heated pool or hot tub, enjoying the marina water view. Walking distance to CVS, Winn Dixie grocery. If you love living life to the fullest, this elegant condo is perfect for you. Live your dream! Be sure to read the House Guidebook for so many more recommendations of things to see and do and eateries! We also just put in 2 grills located by the pool. Endless fun!

My husband, Jeff, and I were born and raised in Nebraska. I am a retired Dental Hygienist (32 yrs) and my husband retired from Educational Administration in Nebraska after math & science teaching, middle school principal, superintendent , then educational service unit executive director. We moved to Gettysburg, PA 5 years ago to finish off his career of 40 years. We have talked about retiring in FL for 37 years , and it is finally here and we want to share our lifelong dream with you. We have 2 grown daughters and have had two sets of bichon frises that are no longer with us, but we love dogs. My husband loves golf, watching football, basketball, Rays baseball, and now Lightning hockey. We love our family friendly pristine beach!!!

Why they chose this property

We LOVE the sandy, pristine, award winning beach with the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! We lived in many small communities across Nebraska, so we wanted to experience more city life with things to do, places to go, new people to meet in every direction. We wanted to be part of the hustle bustle and movement, seafood cuisine, and activities the city has to offer. This condo is definitely part of the “action!” We love eating at different restaurants and trying new things each time we are at the condo. That’s why we named it “Livin the dream.”

What makes this property unique

Our condo is decorated with relaxing hues of blues, mimicking the gorgeous blues of the gulf. It is so beautiful inside as well as the outside being aesthetically pleasing and modern. We enjoy drinking coffee on our patio in the am, and watching people and movement in the evening. We enjoy the natural light and sunshine all day, then pull down the shades electronically at the end of our day to quiet down. We love the feel and views from the 4th floor. The beach is a regular activity. You will have access to our storage where you can pull out up to 6 beach chairs, beach umbrella, canopy tent, beach towels, beach blanket, beach toys, and cart to easily push it all to the beach. It’s all about the beach and it’s only 3 blocks away! Having drinks with friends on the Cambria rooftop bar, watching the sunset, and enjoying FREE sunset shots is such a treat. This is our FAVORITE! Live music each evening adds to the experience. We love cooking our own crab legs on special occasions purchased from The Fish Lady across the street. We love an outing in St. Petersburg a short drive away. Tons of restaurants with outdoor dining, shopping, bars, rooftop eateries. St Pete Pier is fabulous and a must see. So many things to see and do and extremely kid-friendly.
