This townhouse is located in Enclaves at Festival and it offers its own amenities from a Resort style beautiful pool, kids splash pad, miniature golf, beach style volleyball, Arcade room, and a fitness center.

Beautiful open plan home equipped with fully functional kitchen with island and sitting area, Living room with pullout queen sofa, Smart TV’s in all rooms, Wi-Fi , Laundry area with washer and dryer. Safety gate, and free parking.
All bedrooms are located upstairs
Master bedroom with king size bed and master bathroom
Bedroom 2 - Bunkbed full size bed on bottom and twin size on top.
Bedroom 3- Queen size bed
Guest access
Guest can park in driveway. There is also additional parking on the right side of the Townhouse.
Other things to note
Property is located by Disney and Local attractions. Property is also in the middle of FL beaches.
