Whether in town on business, enjoying a show, or sightseeing, you’ll be able to conveniently enjoy your downtown adventure. You’re only a 5-minute drive from the bus depot/Amtrak Train station and a 20-minute drive to the airport. There is even a wonderful book and coffee shop downstairs and a day spa a block away. Situated in the center of downtown, expect to hear the sounds of traffic and people during your stay.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed and 40-inch smart television. The living room sofa unfolds into a queen-sized bed comfortable for 2 and has a 35-inch smart television. You’ll have all the amenities of home and be staying in a prime location.

Guest access and parking: Paid street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis throughout downtown. You will also be a short walk from a public parking garage. No need to worry about keeping up with the keys; the door codes to your private entrance will be provided during your stay.

Technology: Enjoy high-speed wireless internet and smart televisions that are perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies.

The bathrooms: The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. There is a $50 pet fee (plus taxes)

Check-out time is 11am sharp. Late checkout may be available upon request at least 12 hours before checkout.

Check-in time is after 4pm. Ask ahead of time for Early check-in available for 50.00.
• Check-in is at 4 pm or after
• NO SMOKING in unit/house. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $500 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• No parties: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
