Most Horrible Experience Ever

Worst host ever!!!! completely negligent on sending the access information so now my friends and family are waiting outside while it’s pouring rain for 3 HOURS!! We are all trying to call him and he’s not picking up anyone’s call, even sending it too voicemail after two rings. Like what kind of negligence behavior is that, don’t people think anymore nowadays! Worst experience I’ve ever had, and on top of that 3 of us are now severely ill because we had to wait outside for 3 HOURS while it’s 56 degrees and pouring rain. I was also on the line with customer support, which they weren’t very “supportive” as they were having no luck contacting the host either. I demand a full remand immediately.
