Built circa 1810 as a rum warehouse + proprietor's residence, and restored/renovated by 81C creator Zack Zook, the loft sits above 81C’s street level fine art gallery, event venue, and coffee + wine bar, offering unrivaled aesthetic sophistication, authentic cosmopolitan charm, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Brazilian tiger-wood, Italian Carrara marble, custom polished concrete, and historic brickwork provides guests with a contemporary yet timeless vibe of passion, creativity, and comfort.

-Located above the main bedroom in a loft space, Bedroom #2 is a quick flight of stairs up from the sprawling open floor plan living room area. The loft has less headroom than the main bedroom.
