Primary bedroom has a king bed and a nice tiled shower. Second bedroom walks out on the balcony . Kitchen and den open up to a large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Walking distance to shopping, restuarants, and other local hot spots. Enjoy your visit to popular Gulf Shores, Alabama. Updates include new flooring throughout and new sliding doors. NO PETS NO SMOKING UNIT. UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP 5/1/2024 All light fixtures and fans are new. Do not loose the remote to the fans or they will not work. We absolutely love the location of this condo complex. You can enjoy walking on the sideways or riding a bike to several hot spots; Restuarants and Shopping. Five minutes to Walmart on Ft Morgan Road. Park your car after a long drive to Gulf Shores and walk to just about anything you need for you vacation.

Low density is the KEY!!!! No lines or far away parking to get in your unit. No over crowded beach or pool areas. Covered parking just a few steps to your unit.
