Built in 2004, this gentleman's farm is situated on a 22-acre private estate located less than three miles from Historic Lexington and one mile from I81, very convenient!!
The large 5,500sf manor house and grounds are beautifully maintained and well appointed with high end finishings, inside and out. Enjoy the large gourmet kitchen with a custom AGA stove, large pantry and is fully equipped with many of your culinary cooking needs. There is a large living room for gathering just off the two dining areas, seating up to 16 guests plus seating for two at the kitchen island. Summer House has 5 spacious bedrooms / 4.5 bathrooms to accommodate up 18 guests. Additionally, there is a full laundry facility, theater room, reading room, pool table room and wet bar; as well as, a large covered patio, pool and hot tub, grilling station, large stone fire-pit seating up to 12 overlooking more incredible mountain views to enjoy the sunsets in the evenings. The Peony Labyrinth is one of my favorite additions! Over 200 heirloom white double bloom peonies designed in a labyrinth fashion set to "bloom in full" every May. It is a special sight (and smell) indeed. There are 50 more peonies placed throughout the lush gardens.

Our location could not be more perfect located less than 3 miles from Lexington with easy access to vineyards, microbreweries, the Maury River and local attractions.
- Are you looking to get a massage while staying with us?? Not a problem... Our massage studio is located on the main level in our newly built modern post and beam white barn approximately 300 yards from the Manor house. Just a walk away! We are here to serve our community and serve our guests in every way. Please contact the host if you are interested in true decompression time at its finest. All therapists are VA state licensed professionals.
- Please know that the owners live onsite. They reside in the large custom loft in the newly built post and beam barn about 200 yards from the main house. They are quiet and keep to themselves unless you reach out and need something. Please don't hesitate to contact them if there is a problem. The loft was the original plan for the short term rental but due to the barn taking 6 years to build, thank you COVID, The owners children are now leaving for college and they have downsized. The idea to "share" the beauty of the Manor house and peaceful surroundings was born.
- We have a strict NO PET POLICY. We are an Equestrian gentleman's farm. We have a Friesian Rescue on property, a dog and two cats. No exceptions... No Pets! No Emotional Support Animals allowed. We have several recommendations for boarding if we find you have a pet onsite or your reservation will be cancelled without a refund
- We have a 10 car maximum for parking.
- No Smoking inside the Manor house. There is plenty of land and outdoor smoking areas to accommodate your needs. Butts need to be contained and thrown away in the proper receptacle.
