Backyard overlooks Paugus bay with new patio done in 2023. House sits next to manmade ponds where you can test your luck catching frogs and turtles. Gas grill with sectional seating and picnic table. Beach wagon, stroller, kids toys, beach chairs provided. Full Kitchen, washer dryer, 3 season porch, and fully furnished. Great location if traveling with children.

Access to basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts. Common area across the street with gazebo, bocce ball, corn hole, & playground access. Picnic area with benches and chairs.

Located within10 minutes to major stores, restaurants, mini golf, Funspot arcade, Weirs Beach.
