One of the highlights of the property is its elevated sundeck, a wonderful spot for sipping morning coffee, taking an afternoon nap in a lounge chair, or watching the sunset color the evening sky.

This is a true beach-goer's escape, with the ocean half a mile down the street and several surfboards and boogie boards on hand to bring with you each morning.

Inside, the house is sleek and modern. When you're not barbecuing on the patio, prepare dinner using stainless steel kitchen appliances and sit down to eat at the adjacent table. Then, use your own accounts to stream movies on the smart TV and sleep soundly in three inviting bedrooms. One of the rooms is ideal for working from home, offering a desk where you can log onto the complimentary WiFi. Please note, however, that there is no washer/dryer here.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
