This is the bottom unit of a duplex, renovated but keeping its vintage charm. Montrose is in the heart of the city and one of the few walkable neighborhoods in Houston. My place is close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).
