The Space:
Step into our multi-level, 2-bedroom sanctuary nestled within the serene and picturesque Laurel Canyon. Ideal for up to three guests, this spacious retreat offers an exceptional blend of comfort, luxury, and proximity to L.A.'s most popular attractions. Every room is designed to cater to your needs while showcasing captivating views of the surrounding landscape. Sleep soundly in our well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a cozy bed, ample closet space, and en-suite bathroom.

Unwind in our cozy living room, complete with plush seating and a large frame TV for your entertainment needs. Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Other Things to Note:
As the upcoming season of spring unveils its beauty, our hillside treasure offers a splendid, relaxing environment to enjoy the season. Don't miss the opportunity to spend your holidays, such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, or Labor Day, in this serene retreat.

All stays of 30 days or more require a mid-stay cleaning by our dedicated housekeeping team at the expense of the guest. Our property management and cleaner teams care for each home, and we offer personalized recommendations to make your stay exceptional.

We believe in mutual respect, so we require a respectful note and some background about your group before booking. Please note that by booking with us you understand and agree to the following guidelines.
- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability for use of Amenities.
- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
- Guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a CAR form with the DRE in the State of California which will be issued by our Broker of Record. Once this form is signed, your mid-length stay will be confirmed.
- Guests staying over 30 nights are required to pay an additional mid-stay cleaning fee every 15 days.
- For any personal items left in the home after check out, we will happily ship them to you for the cost of shipping plus a $25 handling fee
